Adult Co-Ed Program

SGSA is proud to continue offering our Adult Co-Ed recreational league.

It is our goal to provide an environment for players of all ages and skill levels in our community. This is a great opportunity to get out, get active, and get social! We are accepting players from 18 – 100 who are looking for a place to play.

Indoor Season Games will be held on Saturday evenings from October to February.

FAQs Adults Indoor Season

Q. Which days and how many days will they play per week? How long is each session?

A. The game days have not been set yet, practices, if teams choose so,   will be Sunday or Monday evenings.

Q. Do they get uniforms?

A. Yes, we supply jerseys  for use during the season. Players must purchase shorts and socks from the soccer office or wear what they have.

Q. Is there an equipment deposit?

A. Yes, there is a $75 jersey deposit.

Q. How long will the season last?

A. Approximately the middle of October to the middle of March, depending on the league position at the end of the regular season.

Q. Are coaches needed?

A. We are always looking for coaches.

Q. Do I have to fundraise?

A. No, there is no enforced fundraising, although without volunteers there would be no program.

Q. When can I register?

A. Check our site or our Facebook Page regularly for all registration dates and times.

Q. What is the cost?

A. The fees are now available on our website for all age groups.

Q. What do I need to buy?

A. Just shin pads and indoor soccer shoes. Shin pads and indoor soccer shoes can be purchased from many stores including Canadian Tire, Walmart and SportChek.

Q. Where do we play?

A. For Co-Ed, all games are Saturday nights between 8 and 10 at the TLC in Spruce Grove.

Premier adults are a part of the EDSA program and all games are at the Edmonton soccer centers, all the practices are at the TLC.

Q. What is the minimum number of players needed to form an indoor team?

A. The minimum number is 16.
