Welcome to our new U5 Program – Saints Skills Centers

As we begin a new season for indoor, some changes are taking place. First, our soccer association will now be under one banner; Spruce Grove Saints. Programs for the indoor season begin at U5!

U5 Information (Birth year 2018 only)

One day a week (Saturday mornings (tentative)

1 hour

Season runs Oct/Nov and Jan/Feb (break for December)

We are thrilled to announce the new Saints Skills Center program for U5. Players will have the opportunity to play with different teams each week to help build confidence with the ball, yet challenge their skills. Warm up, drills and game play will round out the hour!  All players need is a water bottle, a pair of indoor running shoes, shin pads, and a willingness to learn and have fun while enjoying the game of soccer!
