As we begin a new season for outdoor, some changes are taking place. First, our soccer association will now be under one banner; Spruce Grove Saints.
U4/U5 Saints Skill Centre
U4/U5 Information (Birth year 2019/20)
One day a week for 1 hour
We are thrilled to announce the new parented Saints Skills Center program for U4/U5. Players will have the opportunity to play with different teams each week to help build confidence with the ball, yet challenge their skills. Warm up, drills and game play will round out the hour! All players need is a water bottle, a pair of outdoor soccer cleats or running shoes, shin pads, and a willingness to learn and have fun while enjoying the game of soccer! U7 Saints Skill Centre
U7 Information (Birth year 2017-2018 only)
Two days a week Monday and Saturday (tentative) 1 hour each day

For this age, there will be more focus on proper technique around ball control and learning the rules of the game. All players need is a water bottle, a pair of outdoor soccer cleats or running shoes, shin pads, and a willingness to learn and have fun while enjoying the game of soccer! Grassroots Program
Whether your player dreams of playing for Canada’s National Teams or simply wants to have fun with their friends, taking the right approach to the game when children are young sets the stage for a lifetime of enjoyment.
